Had to take the van back because the problem wasn't completely fixed. He is working to order the part and will contact me when it arrives so it can be fixed.

The service from Key Auto Mall was excellent. Very pleased.
Although the issue was my fault with the floor mat ,I thought the charge of 132 was a little too much for just removing it from the gas pedal. I have been a good customer and bought last 2 new cars from Key and always had the service work done there, I would have thought the charge would have been less.

Jeep towed twice to Key for the exact same thing. First time 460 for a starter. Picked up Thursday and didn't start on Sunday. Towed to Key. This time I was told it was a connection behind the starter. Picked up today and engine light was on. Returned to Key for 3rd time. Told the code needed adjusted. 2 car tows, missed time from work, 45 waiting for service agent - disconnected twice, told agent was talking to a warranty company and I had to leave a voice mail. I was then sent to a voice mail that required a code so I couldn't leave a message. Called back and was put on hold after the receptionist sighed and was short in her reply. Asked for a loaner since I am a single mom with 3 children and this was my only car. Told it wasn't possible- I was 3rd in line. Borrowed a car from two friends for the two different times I was stranded. I have spent the last week attempting service on my Jeep and was "guaranteed it was the starter" by Mike. Jeep is with me now. Who do I need to take this to? Your customer service was not present in anyone I dealt with.
