Was not told if the rust on door hunchs was cover on my 2015 jeep was told you call me later, I payed to have the bottom sprayed for rust? Also when driving home seen the hood clip was not on so when a big truck pass me the hood would go up and down. About a. 1 1/2 year ago had my oil changed got about 6 to 8 miles on the road noted smoke coming out from alover the bottom of the jeep I pulled over and as I was calling the shop they call me they for got to put the oil cap, I'll tell you the rest of it when you call

Very happy with the service, the problem was fixed in an hour which was much quicker than I expected. Mike was on top of the status, he explained what the problem was and got me out quickly. This was probably the best experience I have had getting service on a vehicle.

Was told that the service was going to be paid under warranty. When my wife picked up the van we ended up having to pay for all of the work. I don't understand why they told us one thing and ended up not honoring what they told us. In my opinion, they should of got the work pre-approved from the warranty center before doing the work. We knew that we would have to pay for the oil change and air filter but not the other work. A phone call would of been appreciated but instead we were told when picking up the van. Just another way of getting put into a trap with another car dealer.

The rumble strip sound which preceded the axle seal rupture still exists. Likewise I am still concerned about the presence of smoke but no leak with the axle seal. Otherwise great work. Thank you.
