She was very thorough and went above and beyond my expectations, my vehicle is (was) due for its 5 yr power train warranty check which she had performed for me which is why the excellent mark. But I am worried about the time frame on inspection I was under the impression it is only 60 days she states up to 90. Looking for clarification. Service was excellent I am happy to service where I bought it.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service department. When making my appointment, I clearly explained that I needed an oil change as well as someone to look at the belt (a secret no time) as I hear screeching sometimes when I start the vehicle. I also needed them to check the starter. When I brought the car in last Saturday, the computers were down so they had to write down my information and I again explained the 3 things I needed. 2 1/2 hours later I get a call that the Mazda tech is not in and I'll have to reschedule for two of the issues. Then I pick up my car and they've put synthetic oil in the car which I've NEVER had before and NEVER asked for and was charged more than a regular oil change. I've had it with this service. My warranty is almost up and I won't be coming back for service and won't be buying a car from Key strictly based on the terrible service I've had through the time I've had this car. It's too bad because our salesman is great and I'll be sad not to buy a car from him again. Feel free to call if you have questions. Stephanie C

As a diesel mechanic i dont trust people with my vehicles.. so i stepped out of my bubble and tried key auto mall for a warranty on my truck very pleased on everything would recommend them to anybody

**** was very gracious, understanding of my dilemma, and quick to offer resolution! She was as gracious the next day when I came and she had the new tire. It was mounted and ready to quickly be put in my LaCrosse!
