1 hour and 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment oil change. If that is the norm, we will be taking our cars elsewhere.2 new vehicles from dealership, very disappointed.

Great customer service all around. From the day I bought my truck to the service department. I would definitely recommend Key to anyone looking for a vechile or looking to have service done on a vehicle.

Everyone was very pleasant and courteous. But I have greasy hand prints on the outside of my car and the steering wheel. I'm also not comfortable with a $119 diagnostic fee. Fortunately it was waived due to the fact I wasn't informed of this prior to appt. If you just have to plug into computer and read codes I'm not sure why it's so expensive.

Second time in a row i went to pick up truck and keys were not at window nor was paperwork- on this visit i asked the driver rear view mirror be checked due to fact it shakes around more than normal was told it had to be approved by manufacturer or someone else- i dont understand why a tech couldnt check it and if it was loose tighten it up

The length of time it took to be check out . Due to being charged the wrong amount and then waiting for someone to re write the order.
