My brakes pedal still goes almost all the way to the floor. I am worried that if l am pulling my boat I will not have the braking power I need if I have to stop quickly or if I have an emergency stop

Only thing I would say about improving on would be that the mechanics clean their hands before opening and or shutting the door by the window so they don't dirty - oil up the window with prints and same for the steering wheel. Otherwise excellent service.
It took 3 phone calls to receive an update on the status of the vehicle (in terms of what needed to be done after the testing). This included about a 3 hour time span where there was no communication; we were told 2 times that we would receive a call back and that did not happen either time. This is the most significant complaint we have.
I was 20 minutes late; & had called him to make sure I wasn't putting them in a bind ~ he was extremely accommodating & grateful that I had called. When I got there- the whole team was on it. I had some problems w/ my tire pressure & they explained to me why I was having a difficult time getting the air up to 35 lbs... very professional & courteous, fast & reliable. I def appreciate the service dept.
