Service advisor went above and beyond! Brought in vehicle with no appt., she got it in service within 10 minutes, fixed vehicle after another 10 minutes, and received vehicle with no charge. Very satisfied!

I brought in my gmc terrain because when I fill with gas it shuts off the gas lever and stops gas and you start it again it goes 10 seconds and stops The other day it took 20 min and only got $5.00 gas and they told me they could'nt find the problem

When I called and set up the appointment I indicated I wanted an oil change since you would have it all day. With 2 kids it is hard to find a time where I can get my car in to get it changed. I was very disappointed when we went to get it and that was not done.

Had to pay2 days for the rental car,because I had to wait for a part for my vehicle. I opened the back hatch that was supposed to have a new motor.DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM I EXPLAINED AND NOW,IT MAKES A RUBBING NOISE. I was too tired to go back to advisor. I feel violated paying out of pocket after buying the most expensive warranty.

Your service department did a great job but I will never buy another car from Key Auto Mall because of the way they did us when we purchase the car. We did not get what we asked for and they did not give us the quality service from the sales Personnel that we should have had. If you would like more information please call us. BUT I DON NOT WANT THE SALESMAN OR SALES MANAGER TO CALL ME. I WILL ONLY TALK TO CHRYSLER OR THE OWNERS. Thank you, Donald C
