I payed $178 for a hose clamp that was $2.48. what do you think. I bought into the extra insurance when I bought my Jeep and they covered nothing. Sorry. I'm not happy at all with your **** service.

When I came in for my appointment today I asked to also have my oil changed at same time.
When I returned to pickup my vehicle the oil change wasn't done and I had to wait additional time because the girl ( dropped the ball) is what her words were to me. No apology no discount no concerns of my time!!
We bought a used car on Saturday and the oil pressure light came on right away. It was at their service department twice in three days. **** was very professional and helpful getting the problem resolved.

I am not at all satisfied...not only will I tell everyone I know not to shop for a car at Key AutoMall, I will explain to them the deceptive practice Key Automall uses to sell their extended warranties. Shame on me for Trusting what Dave Masterson said when he sold me the warranty, and not reading it myself. Deceptive, lies!
