This young lady did a fantastic job, I really liked text messages sharing what the vehicle status was. Also she was friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. We did not buy this vehicle at Key but did buy our second vehicle a Jeep from you and since **** was so helpful and friendly today we are looking at trading the Jeep off and will be doing so with Key or will be giving them one heck of chance to make us a deal anyway. I am happy that we got our van back, but I was told it would be another week. I was getting constant texts before the van even got looked at but do text to let me know parts came in early and now I rented a rental car I don't need. Communication was backwards.
