Annie was very attentive and helpful by answering questions I had concerning my vehicle.
The only thing I would suggest is that the service person who performed the work on my vehicle should have conversed with me explaining what was done on my vehicle. Part of the reason, I believe, the dealer didn't call me until 4:45pm to advise me my car was ready for puck up. By the time the shuttle pucked me up and got me back to the dealership it was 6:00pm and all service personnel were gone for the day. I do feel, though a phone call from the service person would have been a courtesy since there was no way for me to arrive at the dealership before 5:00pm.
