I took my truck to get the heater checked out and the Tech said it worked fine. When I got home I checked the coolant and had to just short.of a gallon of antifreeze. Hmmm!. Now it's better.
Technician was not able to determine a cause for any of the issues I brought car in for.

A job well done pretty well sums it up, although that doesn't necessarily mean friendly service. Everyone I interacted with today was quite friendly, helpful and efficient. Additionally, the facilities were quite clean and comfortable.

Tire pressure was not set correctly, service advisor was informed. I was told they sometimes needed to be driven on. I'm not at all comfortable that other services are being done professionally when tire pressure can not be accurately and advisor is not interested in following up.

Checking in was well organized and relatively fast. The person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful, as I requested she followed up checking if there were any other recalls outstanding and gave me the feedback while I was in the waiting room. My overall time there was just 50 minutes.
Oriane answered all of my questions and the questions of the lady getting her car serviced ahead of me. Very impressive to meet a woman who is obviously knowledgeable about servicing vehicles and can explain the process to a customer who is not knowledgeable. Very Well done.
