My brakes squeak. The fog lights come on..the lights dim when. Slowing down and brighten when in drive taking off..

Update was made to radio on 12-11-17, however, on 12-12-17 the radio jumped again without us touching it. This is the problem that it was in the shop originally for.
the computer for the navigation system was wiped clean when the map update was installed consequently we have to start from scratch with all of our saved information
She was crass and extremely rude. I have been a loyal customer at Key for several years and I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was yesterday. She admitted that she had no idea what she was talking about, then in the same breath tried to make me feel as uneducated about my car's service needs as she was. When I got to the cashier to pay, I was a little surprised that the cost of a standard oil change increased by almost $15. I do understand inflation and cost increases I have to deal with those at my work, just surprised is all. My last complaint, and this really set my blood boiling. I was not told where my car was at when I was handed my keys so I was in my own to search for it. Instead of it being in one of the 6 empty spaces in front of the service door it was parked at the end of the lot by the fence. Being handicapped, my placard was in the windshield, and in the rain/snow I find that unacceptable. I have NEVER been treated like this before at Key and quite frankly it leaves a sour taste in my mouth about this new service department team. I am questioning if I should return with my car for any future needs or not.
