Paid over $400 to have engine overheating problem fixed. The next day the same thing happened, engine overheated and I had to pull over. I am not from the quad cities area so had to have someone else fix it correctly, and pay for it again. I would like a refund.

I was satisfied with the way it was driving smoothly I felt like the problem was taking care of the first day but today I am experiencing some shaking in my steering wheel which was one of the things that was going on I like to see if I can bring it in again if it continues thank you

The Reason why i am Highly disappointed with my Experience... I brought my vehichle in for recall work. Prior to that i was in an notified of the work that had to be done. Also parts that would be ordered... Which included parts for both recalls. I received a call notifying me that all parts where in and after droping off my vehichle they werent so i had to reschedule and wait for oart i think this is unacceptable... I Understand mistakes happen but ik sure they knew all parts couldnt hve been in

I will let you know the next service time that I am in for a visit. Because the maintenance service manager are new. That is why I can’t make an honest assessment of the complete service but Beth, is always good and provides great over site of the younger service managers.

Mr. Hicks was very friendly and knowledgeable about the situation with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. He was very pleasant and understanding. He called me and explained that a part needed ordered from Chicago. Mr. Hicks asked if I was able to leave my vehical or needed to reschedule for a different date due to transportation issues. He explained the parts and service were still under my warranty. Mr. Hicks called me as soon as my Jeep was completed as well. He made this a pleasant experience given the circumstances.
