I took my jeep in back in February of 2018 due to a service shifter light coming on. I was told a part needed to be ordered and once the part was in I would be called. I never received a call. I ended up calling in May and found out that the part was there. I was told whomever was handling my car no longer worked there so it must have gotten lost in the shuffle. I made an appointment to have the car serviced. I wad told it would take a few hours and I would get a call when it was done. I dropped the car off at 9am and by 3 still hadnt received a call. I called to check on the status and was told my car was done and that I had been called earlier. I asked what number was called and it turns out the number listed was not mine. A shuttle was sent to get me so I could get my car. I was never told that the part wasnt fixed that day. I got a call the following week saying I needed to bring my jeep back in because the correct part was in. I made an appointment and also asked for an oil change to be done at the same time. I paid 63 dollars for 3,000 mile oil change which seems high considering I just received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for 39.95 from you.

It should not take two hours for an oil change and it would have been nice for your tech to have cleaned the windshield as in the past.

Totally disappointed in the service department! How do you forget to replace the engine cover! Then there was a total lack of concern for the inconvenience that I had to drive almost 10 miles one direction to return to Key!!! Then I stood around for almost 30 minuets before someone said the work was complete 15 minuets ago!! Bad bad customer service!!! I might be going somewhere else next time.

If a guy buys a service plan, why is he always billed for the provided service and then has to hassle with it...every time!
