Marcy was great, I’m just disappointed in my complaint about the noise in my car being considered “normal”. It’s not a normal sound, it didn’t exist for the first 15,000 Miles on the car, so just frustrated that I will likely have to bring the car in again in the near future to be looked at for the same complaint. I understand that some things are challenging to diagnose, but felt like this suspension issue is one that should be relatively easy to identify.

There was mud in my car that in my car that I had just vacuumed today because u couldn't put a corset mat down, you parked my van as far away down as ypu could on blacktop on a hot day, and couldn't even rinse the vehicle off or was the windshield,like a cheap 15 min oil change place does. And all of this after your sales team screwed up the sale and lost you multiple future sales
