Key Auto Mall Auto Repair Service Center

This has been my only complaint since I have bought my car from Key. The service representative that helped me today was not the easiest to work with. He seemed a bit off and didn’t really ask me any the normal questions. When I was ready to tell him the mileage of the car he walked around and went into my car to get the mileage I then told him I knew it and his response was “Oh, you do?!!” Like it was a shock. He never asked. Then the form that was filled out to tell me of my brakes were in good condition was a bit confusing. (6’s were written down but not a percentage.) The way the form looks it should be a percentage for the brakes. The tire section is the only section with the 6’s. I took this form back in to the same representative and his explanation was that it was fine. I guess I would have appreciated a better demeanor and helpful attitude.
