Service was done in a timely manner
Work was done quickly and I was given a thorough explanation of what was found and done to fix my warranty issue.
I expected the car to be done by noon. At 11, I received this text: "Update: Don't worry Brian, we haven't forgotten about you. I'll make sure to keep you informed about your vehicle. Thanks! Mitchell Golafshar." But I was not kept informed. I texted about 2 hours later asking if it was finished. No reply. I called and was told my car was done earlier and had been picked up already. Nope! When my car was located, I was told the shuttle couldn't pick me up because it was in Sherrard. It was sent, and I'm grateful for that, but overall there was extremely poor communication and delays, causing me frustration and to miss an afternoon appointment. Julie Pitra

Mitch has been great! I have a crazy work schedule. He worked with me and my children with the drop off, communication and delivery/pick-up. We were down to 1 vehicle and it has been so challenging without a 2nd car; but Mitch, Scott & the rest of his team worked hard & efficiently to get my car repaired with such quality in a timely manner and with very little stress! I am extremely thankful for the quality service and excellent customer service I received.
I buy the synthetic oil for my car, it should be set between 7000 and 10000 miles. Everytime I have come in it is set for 5000. That's for a blend between synthetic and regular oil, miles should be between 5000 and 7500 for oil changes. How many other cars are set wrong but the customers don't know any better?
I believe that if you added a car wash or interior clean would make the experience so much better.
