They didnt look at my vehicle to fix the problem they said they problem was normal and to look in the owner's manual. But it is not normal for a vehicle to roll backward when in park and turned off.

Thought u pulled up to door at apt time which I did there was a car in front of me I stayed in my car 2 diffent men pulled up behind me got out walked up to desk and got waited on before me .Man that waited on me acted like he did not want to be there , very non friendly service today thinking of switching to another jeep dealer wish I hate bought my jeep from somewhere else which I will do next time

There IS a radiator fluid leak in my vehicle. The radiator was half full when I dropped it off which proved it. Did your tech refill and test it or not? Documents says no radiator fluid leak only steering box leak. Also, intake suction problem was occurring BEFORE I added the throttle riser and it still occurs now with riser. So how did ur tech determine the riser was the problem? Or did he just guess at it?

There was a little issue with a light that came on due to having my tires rotated. I drove right back in the service department and told Mike. He had someone there looking at it within seconds. He was very apologetic about it and had the problem resolved within a few minutes. Very happy.

When we scheduled the appointment the gentleman on the other end seemed rude an to busy to bother with just an another appointment.can when I picked up my car the service guy was put out that he had to show me where the cashier was. Also the waiting room looked like something out of a retirement home from the 90's out dated furniture people sleeping all over.
