One suggestion: for cars that you sell new, you could track regular maintenance from the vehicle’s maintenance schedule and send text messages to the owner. Telling them they are due for an oil change or a set of spark plugs or whatever. It could increase your service business and keep clients happy. Maybe they will come back and buy their next car from you.
I found a dent in the passenger side rear door. The truck spends 90% of it's time in the driveway. So after picking it up Friday, it sat till I drove it to work on Monday. I noticed it Sunday when playing fetch with the dog.

Took 5 and 1/2 hrs for a 2 to 3 hr job. I don't know if they started at appt time or not since I had a meeting elsewhere. No explanation from service people just should be done soon.
