I am satisfied with my experience but I asked for tcm/pcm/ecm updates and I am not sure if they were actually done because I usually get a paper telling what updates were done but that wasn’t given. So, not sure if it has been done or not. Other than that I am satisfied

Although I called and got a rental car from enterprise while you were working on our jeep. We still don’t understand why they didn’t put the jeep on the machine to test the battery they could’ve pushed it in or pull it in like we had to here,instead of having it for a week. I guess that’s our only complaint.

Waited weeks to get our vehicle in for service. Asked for an oil change while it was there and it was not done. We’re told car would only be there one day and was there for two.

I did not get prompt call backs from the general manager or Bev. The manager actually never called me back. I had no idea how long my vehicle would be in the shop. I had an inadequate rental car for a week and had to call repeatedly to have this changed. My vehicle was with you for two weeks. I had a new engine put in and no oil change update sticker was put on my windshield. I have had multiple issues with this Jeep and have routinely had my car serviced by Key and problems have not always been diagnosed properly.
