After searching the parking lot for my car, I went back to the desk and they found that they had parked it behind the garage within the gated area. My last dealership would hand my my keys to my newly clean car and thank me for my service. The lack of disconnect makes my wonder if they had equally sloppy care for my vehicle.

It took 2 days to get our vehicle back from you. As a company that is in the delivey business, we rely heavily on the use of vehicles to do this. If we are without a vehicle for more than a day then that puts a strain on us to be able to get the job done.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from key automall. I have had all of them serviced at the key service center. My experiences have always been excellent and at times key has gone out of their way to assure i am totally satisfied. That being said I feel this latest experience was not the best. I had brought my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation,when i arrived i noticed i also had a headlight lamp out. The headlight was changed the oil change and tire rotataion completed. When i went to pay the bill i presented a coupon for the oil change and also inquired if a discount for military could be given for the headlight replacement ,i was told the discount was for active military only I wasn’t aware of this. When i left the facility i checked my tire pressure display and saw all my tires were 5-6lbs low on air. When i checked the service report left by the tech it showed that there was no check made for tire pressure indicated. I went to a gas station and added air to the tires.When i arrived home i noticed that even though it was getting dark outside and my headlight switch was in the auto position the headlights would not come on. I called the service department and spoke with Bev,she related to me that the technician was gone for the day and someone would call me in the morning to help . No one called. Fortunately i was able to get the lights to work correctly by just turning it off and on a couple of times and it works just fine now. I am not writing to complain ,i just think by expressing my dissatisfaction you can improve your service.

I was very disappointed in the service on our vehicle yesterday. Originally the appt was made by Austin due to a odor (exhaust). When I dropped the car off, I also checked that it needed a oil change. I spoke with Beverly & was hung up on. My husband called & was told they knew nothing about the odor which was untrue. As I stated Austin made the appt. due to the odor. I honestly have never ever had a issue until yesterday. Austin was awesome as always in helping us. Beverly was not very friendly.

2 hours was a bit too long for an oil change done by an appointment. Had a nice long visit with the salesman who sold me my van- Carlos !

Josh was my original service advisor even though he was friendly he did not do his job my tires were cupping and he stated I should just swap the tires on the vehicle and realign it. That does not fix anything and you should not recommend anything like that to your customer. He also told me when I went to get the car seat out of the vehicle that he did not know what he was doing as a service advisor which was when I started working with Bev who did a great job getting everything going on are vehicle she stated that josh never even talked to the technician and he just made up that are suspension was getting weak. He also said he would call are warranty company and see if it was covered and call me back the next day which he never did bev ended up doing all of this. I received horrible service from josh and is not very educated at what he does. Feel free to have a manager contact me at ****-****-xxxx.
