There was only 1 service rep working the front desk. Although he did the best job he could do, an additional rep would speed up customer service.

Appreciate Mitch's great attitude. Got me checked in quickly. He came to waiting area to inform and me of a minor issue with wheel lock key which we discussed and resolved in short order.
