While we're grateful that they could get us in the same day we called and the service that we did get was great, we had also asked for a fuel filter change that they couldn't do that or the next. Since we are on the road,getting maintenance done all at one time is important to us.

The salesman and Key Manager were fine. And when we told them that we wanted a Red Van they contacted a dealership in Muscatine and told us it be at Key in an hour and that we could wait there for it. We had been there for a couple of hours test driving the vans, than upgraded from our original one and then what color we wanted.
We decided to go home and asked them to call when the Van arrived.
Later in the afternoon we received a call that the car would not be delivered until Monday because the Muscatine dealership did not
have anyone there on Saturday to do the paper work. We were disppointed and glad we didn't stay to wait for the delivery.
We received the call on Monday morning and were happy to go and pick up our new Van.
Very happy they caught another problem with my car and took care of it when it was covered by my warranty. Did not call when car was done. So I had to wait till the next day.
Service was prompt and friendly. Everything I needed was explained well. It was a pleasant experience.
