One day after I received the Jeep after it had been repaired (It had been in your shop for over a week) it wobbled again for violently. That was the day before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving day it did it again when my son-in-law drove his children home even more violently. It went to Yemm to see if they can do any better. Very unhappy

It might be your fault, but I was there 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. I hot there at 12:45 and at 1:15 was told you didnt have the proper oil filter (you did tell me when I purchased the car you aremt use to servicing mercedes). At 3:00, 2 hours and 45 minutes later I received a text saying you hadnt forgotten about me and will keep me posted. That text was troublesome since it had been that long since I had heard anything. Car was done at 3:30, I had arrived at 12:45. So to pay $70 plus dollars felt like I should go where they handle mercedes. I love your people and have been treated wonderfully so want to be faithful, but that was ridiculous.
