I was completely satisfied by the service provided by Ms. Carlile. I do want to note that I was not fully fulfilled by service on my truck as a few of my issues were unable to be replicated.

The worst draining experience I have ever been exposed too. No constant feedback about my vehicle, I continually had to call day by day and even visit face to face to get some type of clarity about my car. My sales representative was very nonchalant and I felt very frustrated with her. The service department being backed up for two weeks???? Why at this time of year? When you know everyone is traveling and will be bringing their car in for winter service. Complete amateurs!!! I wish I never bought a vehicle at your lot at all.

Was on second appt of trying to get recalls fixed. Service lady just said cant do them today because tech was gone. Didn't seem to care to reschedule or help at all. Didn't even ask how to resolve. Just sent me to cashier.
