Our vehicle was there for over 2 weeks before it was even seen. Then we had to wait for the another 2 weeks for the part. In total our vehicle was there for over a month. That is way to long for us to be without a vehicle especially when its our busiest time of year.
My visit for an oil change and tire rotation was done efficiently. The service man was very courteous.
Brought our 2018 Ram 2500 in for oil change was told by your staff last time you have to put in new fuel filter every oil change. Your large dealership didn’t have it in stock. A woman in service dept said fuel filter did Not need to be changed so which is it? Also have a msg on display saying Service electric braking system your staff didn’t seem too concerned this needs to be fixed & better be covered under warranty. We have appt next week for fuel filter u didn’t!( stock today. I expect this $72k year old truck to in expert condition as i’m planning long trip. Disappointed in your service so far.

Friendly and quick service
Evidently you overbook your customers..I was told a two hour wait, that’s the time frame I expected instead it was close to four hours. I had other places I was expected at a certain time. When you don’t get a return customer you are in fact losing more than just that one customer..I’m not happy about my experience I tell my family and friends.. they tell their friends ..soon it’s a large group of people who know your customer service is terribly..and none of those people will see you as a reliable company. I also heard the other gentleman (as well as everyone in the lounge area)!how you were to finish his truck on Friday was told it would be done today and he STILL had to wait over two hours...I heard you give him some money off his bill...I waited four over three hours before I started asking when will it be done...I’m also diabetic and you had nothing in your machines but sugar and carbs...I needed something to eat...another thing you don’t take into consideration when you don’t do the work in a timely manner..two hours is two hours...NOT four...I’m sadly disappointed in your company in your customer service and will NOT be returning and will tell my family and friends if the bad service you have....People Matter in all aspects of a business...especially if they are the reason you receive a check...remember that!

The service department seem to need more techs to do oil changes but other than that they did good work.
