What I brought the car in for to be fixed, didn’t get fixed when I was told it did. Had to reschedule another appt to try again. Not real sure what the 28pt inspection is for. It didn’t catch anything.

Called around 1230 yesterday to get an update on my jeep and to set up a shuttle from work to the dealership was told by **** that Bev would call in a bit to give update and to set up shuttle. No one called I had to rush to find a ride from w8to your dealership and told Bev I wasn't too happy and I didn't even get an apology. I just hope after my radiator comes in your shop is capable of getting my vehicle fixed.
