There's only going to be one way to tell if they're good or bad I'm sure they're better than the last airbags thank you for your prompt service... so let's just hope nothing happens .. in the future to find out... it's been like driving with a gun pointed to my head waiting for a bullet since I found out.. finally relief

It seems minor, however, what I discovered when I got home today raised doubts in me about your thoroughness with the my oil change, tire rotation and inspection.
I washed my car after leaving Key Auto and when I got home, out of habit, I popped my hood because I usually check my windshield washer fluid. I was thinking I didn’t need to worry about that, but when I raised my hood to close it, I noticed my windshield washer fluid had definitely NOT been filled because it looked empty in spite of being checked off on the multi point inspection sheet.
Up until now I have loved every aspect of working with your dealership, from the purchase of my car, to the previous inspection, and all of the very friendly personnel, but after today my instinctive concern is to wonder, “what else didn’t you really do?” I’m so discouraged and feel like I need to have your work double checked.
Josh was a terrific service advisor, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable!

It took two visits to figure out the problem. Now there is a third visit because they didn’t have the part. Never was updated until someone called at 2:00. The appointment was at 8 am. The driver Marsha was very nice who dropped me off. Actually everyone was friendlly. Just don’t want to be without a car for 3rd time. Wished they would of figured it off 1st time. I asked if they could lend out a car and they said not unless they know what the problem is.
Everyone one is professional, polite and kept us informed of what they were doing.
