I was there for 1 and 1/2 hour to have them tell me that a part was ordered. I guess when you have excellent service staff and mechanics a company like Key can be overwhelmed?

Personnel with regard to payment and in parts were very polite and professional. My complaint is that no one in service even tells you where to find your car after the service is completed. In my experience with services provided by auto dealerships, they actually pull your car up for you when services are completed. In fact, many also wash your car with every service.

I appreciate the timely manner that my vehicle was done in. I was promptly called and could come pick my vehicle up. I also like that we could pay with our credit card over the phone to help things keep moving once I got there.
