Buying a car that had so many things wrong and major things leads me to think this vehicle should have been inspected and repaired ..fix safety issues before transferring ownership.
I am disappointed in the amount of relevant information I received before buying.Neglect of brake safety put my life and my passenger in danger when they failed as I was traveling down a hill .Lucky for us I gained control of the car as brake was pushed to floor no stopping.
As I was later told the mechanic made a mistake..
There is a $1200 plus possible another $1200 more to fix suspension compressor and it's disconnected wiring.
I expressed very passionately when when I first looked for a car I needed safe and reliable transportation for my business and for myself.
I no longer feel happy about my purchase..or the impending bills for problems not disclosed.
I fear the reliability and safety could present huge expenses .
Unless the problems are addressed at the full expense of the dealership I will not be able to recommend...praise....or suggest anyone I come in contact with to purchase or do business at Key .
Shame is I was a very happy buyer and shared that to my 15k followers on social media..
Then within 3 weeks of owning I now have to take a loan to repair a preexisiting set of not addressed repairs
The most important part of any business deal is when both parties are mutually satisfied and integrity and value are linked .
Please feel free to share with your owner so perhaps they may want to do the right thing..

Josh was very good. Less than satisfied with 90 minutes on a Saturday morning at 8 am on a Saturday. That is way too long first thing. Also my husband has a suburban from green Chevy & they wash his every time. He gets in & out within an hour & car is washed. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant & competent but needs to be more efficient time wise!
Had a flat tire and was on a tight schedule. Josh got my car in and fixed quickly.

I was told a new key was made and tested to check if that was the problem. I was later told it wasn’t the key but a short fuse. So I expect to have both my old and new key after the service, but I was given my old key back. When I asked, the lady told me it’s a new key while I was holding my old key. So I was charged without getting my new key.
Very fast service on those 2 recalls I think I was there for 30 minutes all together thanks a lot hope everything keeps working great your customer Chuck G
The navigation and compass are still inoperative after service. This problem started right after reprogramming recalls/updates were performed and the last visit was supposed to correct the issue but did not. Will be in contact to bring the vehicle in yet again.
Everything went very good.
My car still had the original codes or idiot lights on the dashboard when I picked it up
