Suggestion : When I picked the vehicle up, I thought to myself, darn, I should’ve had the interior detail while I was here. Is there a way, that if a vehicle will be there for a few days, you could get extra business I simply asking if there’s anything else they’d like done? I know. Nine times out of 10 the person would say no.

Was disappointed that there weren’t parts that were needed on hand. Will have to make another trip back.
We were able to make a quick appointment they got the vehicle and change the oil rotated the tires and what we consider a very short time hats off to him. The only question we have is the cheap covers that jeep puts on the lug nuts they fall off in the car wash or just going down the road they should be covered under warranty or something that right there is enough to make me buy something other than a Jeep next time service is great lug nut covers are cheap

She was very courteous but not as competent as she should be. She first brought my paperwork that was going to cgarge me, I told her it should be covered under my warranty. When she came back she had me sign only one sheet and the cashier reminded her that I needed to sign a warranty sheet as well
