Waited almost 2 hours to have a nail removed and tire patch. Seems as though my car sat outside for about 20 minutes before my paperwork was processed so I could leave. Hopefully next time will be quicker. Thanks.

Service was great as always and everyone was super nice but we noticed the car is leaking oil all over the garage floor. No oil was leaking prior to the service.

Josh was fine. When i was handed my keys by the other lady and brought out to pay, I was never told where my car was. I went looking for it and couldn’t find it. I went back in and they were able to tell me it’s in a different part of the lot than normal. That was only thing otherwise. Thank you!

I traded my car off last Monday at another dealership and I called and cancelled the work that we were going to have done on wed. So how in the world did you fix my car today? This is why I will never buy a car from key auto mall again. You have mo idea what you're doing.
Josh and the mechanic did a great job. The people who ordered the parts ordered all the wrong ones. This set my yard business back Friday, 3/29 thru today, 4/1. I hope the next time is better.
I would have liked to been kept more updated about the status of my car. I texted for an update at 10:15. At 11 I still had not received a response so had to go ask. Was told 2 hours when making the appointment. It took 3.5. I understand things happen to cause delays but sitting in the lounge with no information can become frustrating.

My truck was running poorly and the service engine soon light is on. I thought I was bringing my truck in to be fixed. silly me. I dropped my truck off at 9 for a 10 appointment. was not called back. I called at about 4:45 to see what was going on. Josh told me he hadn’t had time to call me. He told me I had purchased bad gas. which is what I had suspected, and they couldn’t get it in for another week at least to fix it. and to top it off I was charged 139.00. I really don’t mund the diagnostic fee, but after having my truck all day expected it to be fixed. now i’m trying to dilute the water to make my 1 year old truck drivable. no i am not satisfied.
Great communication when dropping off the vehicle and when picking it up. Loved the text message letting me know the vehicle was complete. Quick service which I really appreciated.
