When the appointment was scheduled and issue communicated no mention of a charge to look at it. When dropped off what I understood was there would be no charge if the issue was not detectable...was told the issue was not detected and there would be a $130.
Explanation given was no other place would look at vehicle and not charge and at least they didn’t just agree with what I had said and charged more to fix it...

Only partially briefed on the issue discovered. I was not briefed on what I may experience while operating the vehicle and waiting for the part to arrive or exactly when to expect a call to schedule the appointment to replace the faulty actuator. The event of the transmission not shifting and running at over 3,200 rpm’s occurred again.

Alan kept me informed of the progress of finding everything wrong with the car and the need to order parts 2 times. It took 3 trips to finely get the car repaired. He was sympathetic with the delays. He has a good sense of humor and a delight to work with.
