Been there twice in three weeks about transmission issues with my 2015 Jeep Renegade which only has 34k miles. Last visit they said it was normal and it drives that way. There is definitely an issue with it because the entire vehicle jerks hard when shifting in low gears. I’ll have to take it to another mechanic when I get back in town.

Tom Service Mgr. & Josh LaMaack Service Adviser, were very accommodating on a busy Good Friday. Many folks were off from work & had their vehicles in for service. Even though they were booked & had no appointments available, I spoke with Tom & he scheduled me in for an appointment. The Service Dept. performed 27PT Free Safety Inspection. I had to drive to Chicago for my work 2 hr 40 min drive & really needed the oil change. They were very professional & provided excellent service. Josh sat down with me & let me know about Engine Air Filter & a Plug Socket Head that needed to be replace. They also honored a Key Auto coupon I had for oil change. I am very impressed that I did not have a long wait time. They got the job done in a timely manner. I will be back for my next oil change & future maintenance on my Mazda CX5. I am a happy customer & have peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in good hands.
