I paid nearly 1K to have service done to two specific things.
1) ABS adjusted by replacing speed sensor.
2) Adding tire pressure sensor to truck.
The issue I have is that my tire was put back on and one of my chrome tire caps has been replaced with a rusted one that isn’t even the same as the rest.
2) my tire pressure was not adjusted on the tire that had the air sensor issue. I got my car back and the tire pressure is 29 out of 45.
I’d expect good service If I’m going to overpay for simple work like this to be done. I don’t think I’d recommend Keys auto service to anyone else—especially any other Soldiers on the Arsenal. Moreover, I definitely am not likely to purchase a vehicle from Keys if this is the kind of service I would receive. I’d give my experience 2 of 5 stars.

I had a recall on my day lights. I had to come back 3 times to get it fixed. My round trip is 60 miles. I’m thankful I remembered the recall notice. I am happy to have it fixed.
It was a last minute oil change and I was confused with whether I was at jeep side or Kia side she said I will take care of it and get you right in . Awsome little lady definitely a asset to your team. upon picking it up she brought my jeep to me which was a first ever from your service department especially with the rain it was very satisfying to see a smiling face. In my opinion, the Service Dept. 'team' went 'above & beyond' in taking care of my problem. I'll definitely use them in the future on service issues I encounter.

The service tech didn’t put everything back together the way I would expect and then had the nerve to tell me it was like that when it came in. Rude and unprofessional, not to mention a lack of detail to his work.
