Josh promptly cleaned away the dirty black scuff marks left by the work shoes of others that I had pointed out. Josh seemed to agree that paper service mats may have helped and bring attention to the respectful attitude towards customer’s vehicles. Also while there today I witnessed a young man apparently adding oil to a GMC 2500, and as he finished adding from a container her would throw the empties over some equipment into a trash can, but he missed with one. He walked by the jug on the floor several times as he worked on. I hope people with attitudes never work on my vehicles. Sort of a short red haired young man. I wish him better days.
Wrong part was ordered, which based on the part needed is hard to understand. I took time off work and waited 45 minutes to find out I would need to schedule another appointment and take more time off work. I choose to take my business elsewhere and will not do business with Key in the future. Incidentally, the price quote for parts and labor at Key was $200.00. The correct part is actually $289.00 without labor...makes me wonder when I would have been advised of this had I decided to continue to do business with Key.
Everything was great when bringing in my vehicle, and parts were ordered and scheduled in a timely manner.

The service was good and quick but the safety check said they checked the tires and they were good BUT 3 were at 37 lbs & 1 was 27lbs. I just wondered why,if they were checked, air wasn't added? Service was quick, personnel friendly and curtious. Thankx

The seat is worse than it was, need a competent repair doneThis is my 4th time in for this repair . Actually I made 3 trips in one day, One to bring it in ,2nd to pickup and only to get home and realize the missing bolt in the floor that was broken off,so another trip at 5pm only to find out I had to leave the vehicle as was unsafe to drive and was not returned until 1130 the next day.I would expect some answers on your plan of action to remedy....perhaps order 2 new complete seats. Awaiting your reply...Steve Miller
Good service only missed one thing. The sticker on my windshield that's tells me when my next oil change is due :)
