Paid for service that was supposed to take care of problem. But today (May 23) problem, engine light on, persists. While mechanics service is questionable, attention from Josh has been good.

It was the person that did the oil change that was the problem he got oil all over the stering wheel control i know it was a free oil change but this was bad service for a new customer

Josh did his best to facilitate getting two problems solved with my vehicle at the same time so I would not need to pay a deductible from my extended warranty twice. I was ready to give up on Key service department and go somewhere else. I will come back because of Josh!
