I’m not happy with turn around time and the huge charges for what turned out to be a simple battery replacement. $289 later plus a $222 for a weeks car rental. We were stuck not knowing what was wrong, thinking it was something way more complicated because of the error messages given by the vehicle. I have an extended warranty from key where I have to have the repairs done there to get it 100% paid. Not so sure we will be buying more vehicles there in the future.

Brought my jeep in at 9 oclock to get an oil change and tire rotation plus look at my backup camera that wasnt working. I called at 345 after not hearing anything all day and was told by advisor they'd check with tech and get back to me in 5 minutes. At 5:01 I received a call that I could come get the jeep but I'd need to reschedule for further diagnosis on backup camera. Arrived at 530 to pick up jeep but service dept. had left for the day so I got no further explanation on camera or chance to reschedule.

Made appointment with app for service. Received confirmation. Arrived and was told that I’m not on the schedule for service. Then was told app doesn’t always work! Waited for a call to tell me my vehicle was done. They called my husbands phone. He works nights and was sleeping so he never saw the voice mail.i seriously doubt that we will be coming back. Just as easy for us to go to Peoria Mazda dealership for service
Wait time could of been better waited 2 hours for a oil change rotate on a Dodge Durango service advisor was nice but waiting two hours with two kids is uncalled for.
