Your texts to me were addressed to William, my husband, even though I dropped off my car, signed my name at your service center, and left my phone number. Also, when I came to pick up my vehicle, the representative took me to the cashier and never explained what was done to my car... I had to ask him. I was satisfied with Josh Explanation of the reason why my car couldn’t be fixed when I bought it in, my he was helpful explaining it, but how can I be happy or satisfied with not having the parts that’s needed to fix it and it is going to be weeks And months before it’s taking care of or my car being fixed

My wife and i where told by management that I’d be getting new body mounts-and bolts and bushing while realigning my Jeep that had been in. Wreck prior to me buying it... i don’t know what they did for 2 days in the body shop, but to me they are still jacked up and look the same!!!’ And of course no one tells me anything i have to look for my self when i got home ????
