I have been having a problem of forgetting to shut the motor off with the new fob key and the vehicle manual says when u open the door to leave it alerts u the engine is not off. However your people said that alert works only when lights are on. No that's not what the manual says. Also I ask them to check the (air)ambient temp indicator that reads higher then true temp. They checked the engine temp gauge not the air temp.Waste of 3 hours with travel n waiting with no change. Fran Adams

No problems... have oil changes complimentary... added tire rotation. In and out in about 45 min. Josh was pleasant. No issues... it ain’t a Lexus wait room but I didn’t buy a Lexus this time.

Nothing Josh or Key did, trying to get an update on my Jeep for my Iphone , and it is a Chrysler problem that won’t let that happen, and we travel a lot and it’s not working. Just purchased the jeep in February Josh was great , got me a loaner vehicle to drive since i had an appointment to get to! Thank you

Service department is horrible. Had my car for almost a week longer than they said they would with no communication. If not for calling myself, I would have had no idea what was going on. When I did call I was told they couldn't even find my car and that they would call me right back. After an hour and a half with no call, we called them back and were given a bunch of excuses as to why my car wasn't done. I had to contact Ivan Gonez (sales representative) to get any real answers.

Last time I took my truck in the air conditioning didn't blow cold air when I picked it up. This time when I picked it up after paying $1,500.00 I was told there is a leak possibly somewhere in the air conditioning line, so it still isn't fixed. I also had an exhaust manifold replaced and when I drove away there was a loud noise that sounded like it was coming from the wheels that wasn't there when I dropped it off.
