The customer service people were very nice. However I did mention I had a coupon for my oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pay the coupon wasn’t deducted. But the lady at the counter gave me credit back on my card. Also most places I’ve been to give you a complimentary car wash after the service. Not a big deal but it is a nice touch.

Repair was quoted at $1900 same repair at Richardson’s is $1000. I paid $225 to have you diagnose, which I am ok with I guess, but the high repair quote is offensive. Sorry for the strong word but it’s true.
