After charging me $20 to rotate my tires they came out and told me I need to replace them because they were worn down and there was a tire sale going on that ended in 5 days I can get the same tires at Sam’s club any time except they will last 60,000 miles instead of 22,000 by the way the tires are not that bad yet I expect more from a dealer after buying a 50,000 dollar car from them I now don’t trust them and probably will have my future service some where else

I can always count on the service department to deliver their best. John knows I have trouble walking because of my bed knees and he had the loaner car brought into the service bay while I got out the belongings I need while my car was being serviced and when I came to pick it up Bill had a young kid back my car into the service department the kid (sorry didn’t catch his name)so I could put my belongings back in my car . The kid hesitated waiting for someone and Bill informed him this was more. Everyone one is so kind and friendly and I know my car is in good hands. The best part was the finally bill was so much lower than I was estimated at. Keep up the great work. I’ll never go anywhere else.

They gave me a loaner which was great but it would have been nice to have had an approximate time of when my car would be ready. Also, I didn't get the text that it was ready until the next day - one of those cell phone glitches. Updates by text are fine but a call upon completion would be nice.

Bill Stierman is a #1, top-notch service advisor. We drive 70 miles one-way for service. We trust his advice. Our relationship began 25 years ago when he came to the dealership on a Sunday morning after a phone call describing a problem with a leaky radiator on a newly bought ‘99 Toyota 4-Runner. We’re still driving the 4-Runner today. We look forward to his assistance each time we visit.
