Thanks for getting our vehicle in immediately for a 'BRAKE!' issue. We hope that the issue is truly resolved as it was a scary situation when the brakes in our 2021 malfunctioned over the past days.

J was wonderful! Besides for accommodating my schedule, he provided me with an initial opinion on my situation, continued the conversation upon my arrival with possible explanations, explained what likely caused my vehicles issues after resolving them. Aside from having my vehicle quickly & fully restored to a fully-operational status, J kindly gave me an expected wait time for service. J is much appreciated!!
