For the most part my experience was terrific. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I recently moved from MD to IA and needed a 30k service on my Tundra. I inquired about a radio issue. I had previously replaced my stock stereo (one with the dumb app-based gps) for an entune model with a gps map card. Everything worked fine except for the Maintenance feature and after the last phone app update I was unable to log into an entune account with my factory vin to use the other apps. I asked if it was possible for the Entune account to be updated to show my vin. Upon picking up my truck I was informed that it was not possible because my truck didn’t come from the factory with the higher entune radio but they had updated the firmware on my radio. I was charged $56 for the update that I could have done myself. Nobody every called me to request authorization for that service. Any service preformed at my previous dealership (in MD) required authorization. I paid the $56 and did not cause a stink but it definitely WON’T happen that way again.
