John was very friendly and helpful. This is my first Toyota and first time purchasing a vehicle from Anderson Weber and it's been the best vehicle purchase experience. It all started with my salesman, Jason. He was by far the best salesman I've ever worked with. You have a great team and should be proud of your employees. We were told it would be about a hour and half for oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 8:30 and my vehicle was done at 10:50. I realize that “stuff” comes up, but this just wasn’t the normal practice with Anderson Weber, especially when no one came to tell us in the waiting room it was going to be later.
