John and entire crew were talkative and very friendly.john was very accommodating getting me in and my problem fixed. Tech was efficient and a wealth of knowledge on my truck and issue. No one acted like I was a problem that annoyed them which is unheard of in today's service world. Top ratings on the whole team and I will be a repeat ustomer!! Thanks guys

John scheduled an appointment on Friday after they installed a new set of tires on Thursday and the air pressure idiot light was still flashing. They replaced a sensor and light is off. I appreciate him scheduling me so quickly and resolving the problem.

I was told they’d do a tire rotation but that wasn’t done. Sticker on windshield says rotate in 5,000 miles. ???? Didn’t find my noise problem. Also told it would be two and a half hours done in an hour makes me wonder if I really got good service.

I really appreciate the attention Curt gave to coordinating 10K mi service w/ a trailer-wire routing fix that I couldn’t complete. Also very pleased w/ Andrew’s work. Everything is handled to perfection on our Toyota vehicles in your service dept every time.
