I live a half hour away and they were supposed to leave my keyes in my truck so I could pick it up after hours and the truck was locked and the Keyes were no where to be found. An hour of my time wasted.

My tires are only one year old with 6k miles. The report said they were deteriorating and I didn’t want to do anything about it. I get free tire rotations from Discount Tire. I had a rotation 15 minutes before my Anderson Weber appointment.

I appreciate the help that I received from John. And he had me stop out, and attempted to take care of the problem himself. He saw that it needed to be drilled out, and was able to work me in to the schedule and get it done then so I didn’t need to make a second trip. Thank you!
