I was surprised by the amount of work suggested. It would seem to me that some heads up should have been provided at the last visit that replacement would be necessary soon. No options of tires provided just given an estimate

It would be usually when you would bring your vehicle in it would be washed and clean before you picked it up no matter what how you bring it in. They haven’t done that in a while and it’s just a service that I miss. I have owned probably 14 Toyotas in my lifetime and I just miss a service. I was very appreciative that they got me in on short notice and commend everyone for how nice they were.

John was very helpful and a pleasure to work with during my service needs. Curt was also most knowledge and effective in solving a difficult noise issue.
