The only issue I have is the fact that I told them my air conditioner smelled badly and wanted it fixed. They said a new air filter would likely fix it. I picked up my car and it still smells. I am frustrated because they obviously knew it still smelled right away and charged me for a new filter and didn’t fix the issue. So now I either need to live with the odor or bring it back again and hope it gets fixed next time and it will cost me more money.

Bill was great. But the Prepaid Maintenance Program I purchased for my vehicle in 2022 was never added to my account. This was my first service appointment since then. And, as such, I was erroneously charged for maintenance that I already paid for. Your staff promised to rectify the situation as soon as possible, and I trust they will. But it’s very frustrating, nonetheless. Had I not been a cognizant customer, nobody would have prevented me from being charged for prepaid services.
