The car was given an alignment on tires that were put on recently by another business. I am very frustrated with this, as my wife brought the car in. The business that put the tires on the car is responsible for ongoing balance and alignment, which we paid for. There was no need for AW to align tires put on by another provider. This will be out last trip to AW for service or sales.
