Bill Stierman is a top-notch service advisor. We have been working with
Bill since 1999. Our new 4Runner ( at that time) overheated at the beginning of our trip to Colorado to visit our daughter. Sunday morning
I called Bill and told him we were at the dealership.
I believe he also called Mike who has since retired,
I think. We were allowed a loaner and upon our return everything was repaired. We’re still driving our 4R. We drive 70 miles one-way for service confident that Bill will treat us right. He’s an A-1 advisor to us.
I have had numerous problems with this vehicle and have not had the best customer service at Anderson Weber either. For this last issue my van was also scheduled for an oil change and it did not get done so now I will have to bring the vehicle back again even though it was in the service department for almost 2 weeks. It’s irritating, inconvenient and sad that a $60,000 vehicle has had so many issues just over a year of being brand new.
I would not recommend this vehicle nor Anderson Weber as a place or vehicle I would buy again.
My husband and I have leased 3 vehicles from your dealership. I would recommend the dealership to anyone!
Staff was, as always, very helpful and answered my questions. I had concerns that I might need brake work, but they checked the brakes and found that wasn’t necessary. I have been a maintenance customer of AW for six years and feel that I have always been treated fairly and honestly. The service department is very helpful in maintaining existing vehicles, and I have never felt pressure from them to trade in or replace my vehicle (which I want to keep running for done years). The service coordinator provided me with a loaner car as my work would likely take up most of the day. This was another excellent service encounter with AW.

I scheduled a service appt online. Received confirmation of the appt by email and text at the time I scheduled it. A few days before appt, received a text reminder as well as day before. Arrived for the appt to learn I had no appt in the system. Apparently the online scheduling system does not always “show up” in the system w appts. John handled this quite well, without pause he worked in my service. Just puzzling why online scheduling is not reliable.

Wind noise is not fixed. I specifically asked Bill to verify it was fixed before it was returned. Bill had also left for the day so I was handed my keys by the nice lady at the service desk. While arranging service Bill told me I had to call back to confirm a loaner car was available. I found this request stupid as he should have been able to call me with the confirmation. I was given a camery for a loaner. 2 car seats was tight. Was 2 steps down from a highlander platinum. Also a missed opportunity to demo a minivan or larger SUV.
Headliner appears to be Greasy/ dirty from the sunroof gasket install.
